OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAKS
To all our valuable customers,
Recent and rapidly changing events are certainly adding stress to our lives. We want all our customers to know that we are definitely open & ready to serve your parts and service needs. However, in order to prevent the unwanted spread of the virus and to keep both our staff and all our customers safe we ask:
- That if you are unwell, you please reschedule your visit or request a pick up at your home (within Salmon Arm or Revelstoke).
- You clean out your vehicle. Please do not leave used tissues, wipes, dishes or disposable cups in the vehicle.
- Understand we will have to sanitize the vehicle before it comes into the shop. As a result, the Ford approved sanitizers we use may come some residue or odors. (if you have allergies, alert the advisor at time of booking and we may be able to accommodate.)
- We ask that you do your best to arrange transportation to and from the dealership. We have a very limited supply of loaner cars and our shuttle service will be limited and very discretionary, and its use may be cancelled at any time. (Both loaners and shuttles have to be sanitized between uses)
Please know we value your business tremendously and appreciate your confidence in us to provide a service to you during these trying times. We may have some delays as we adjust procedures in the interest of safety for us all, but we believe it’s in our mutual interest to do what’s right as we do our very best to take the time required in order to properly care for everyone that needs us.
We would also like to recognize and thank everyone on the front line working in essential services right now. Please know that our hearts and best wishes are with each and everyone out there who have no choice but to work on our behalf to ensure our safety and to keep goods and services moving.
