Absolutely delighted with the service

We purchased a new F 150 and got delivery of it in August. The sales staff at Jacobson Ford were a delight to work with. Our saleswoman, Noelle, was efficient, approachable, and when she didn’t know a specific detail about the vehicle she promptly looked the detail up without any fuss or delay. And, best of all there, was no sense of ‘pressure’ to purchase. This made our shopping experience so much more relaxing!

This same straightforwardness was demonstrated when it was time for discussing financing and final warranty/extended service options. Our questions were answered without pressure – there was no excessive hustle to spend, spend, spend (which, unfortunately, we’ve experienced at some other dealerships in the past).
