I would like to give my greatest thanks to Sally Edwards and your service staff for helping me through a last minute repair of my 2004 F-250 Superduty Ford truck while my family and I were on holdays this summer. I had a serious leak from my power steering hose and Sally helped me in a very short time frame get this repaired via Jacoboson Ford service department. I would have to say that although I live in Calgary the help and quality service I experienced in your service department and the help from Sally is some of the best customer care I have  ever experienced since owning a Ford. Well done and thank you Sally and your team.
