Successful applicant must:

• Have current Journeyman Technician certificate
  
• Familiar with new vehicle systems (not necessarily Ford)
  
• Positive Work Ethics & Attitude
  
• Adaptable to Changing Customer needs
  

Optional Attributes:

• Recent Ford Experience
  
• Recent Dealership Work Environment Experience
  
• ICAP & BC Vehicle Inspection Certificate
  
• Diesel & Transmission Training
