Please include your name, the names of any people in the photograph, where and when the photo was taken, and your contact information (phone number and e-mail).

Rules & Regulations:

1. Photos must include an identifiable Ford automobile to be considered for a prize.

2. The contest is open to everyone, including staff and families of Jacobson Ford.

3. Photos must be taken by the entrant.

4. Winners will be notified by phone.

5. Prizes are yet to be determined.

6. Winners must agree to the use of their names and photos for promotional purposes without compensation other than the value of the prize offered.

7. All decisions of the contest judges are final.

8. Print images will not be returned. Jacobson Ford is not responsible for any entry which is lost, misplaced, misdirected or delayed for any reason.

PHOTOS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
