I would like to say that this is a little late but I wanted to say a huge thank-you to the Service Department to your dealership in Revelstoke. My wife and I travel from Cochrane to Osoyoos B.C. quite often and on our last trip on December 31, 2009 we were starting to have engine problems and the service engine light appeared. We were in Golden at the time and were not able to find anyone there to help us. Our decision to continue on to Revelstoke was the best decision we ever made. We called ahead to Jacobson Ford and talked to the Service Department and told them that we were heading to Revelstoke and would be there in about 30-40 minutes. I realized that this was New Years Eve and trying to find someone to do a repair that day would be near impossible and the Service Manager said that they would be able to help us.
We arrived at Jacobson Ford about 40 minutes later, I walked up to the counter in the Service Area and was met by the Service Manager ( I apologize, I forgot his name) but the manager stated that they have a mechanic waiting to look at our problem and immediately took our truck into the service bay. In about 20 minutes they had diagnosd the problem and repaired our truck and we were on our way.
I would like to say that I am exceptionally impressed with the service and the hospitality displayed. Well done Jacobson you have restored my faith in reliable customer service. I have told several people that if they are ever in need of mechanical services in the Revelstoke area to give Jacobson Ford a call.
